Our annual comprehensive report summarizes California’s judicial opinions relating to CEQA from the previous year and analyzes key trends affecting development in the state. We recently previewed the CEQA Case Report in an in-depth webcast.
Watch a recording of CEQA Year in Review: Trends and Key Cases, and please contact us with any questions you might have about these developments.
